1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Featherman Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Agreement

Scope of Services: Featherman Services will provide commercial cleaning, floor care, and restoration services as detailed in the written service agreement or estimate provided to the client.
Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information about the cleaning requirements, including the size and condition of the space, and any specific concerns or requests.
- Provide access to the premises during the agreed-upon service times.
- Ensure the premises are safe and free of hazards that could impede or endanger our team.
Post-Service Cleaning: Featherman Services will make reasonable efforts to clean the work area upon completion of services. However, for services such as hardwood floor refinishing, some residual dust may remain despite our best efforts. Featherman Services is not liable for any damages or inconvenience caused by such residual dust.
Termination of Service: Featherman Services reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Safety concerns.
- Inappropriate behavior by the client or their representatives.
- Non-payment.
- Failure to provide access to the premises.

3. Payment

Payment Terms: Payment for services is due in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

4. Liability

Featherman Services will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing our services. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from:
- Pre-existing conditions or wear and tear of the property or surfaces being cleaned.
- Damage caused by third parties or events beyond our control.
- Any specific requests or instructions provided by the client that deviate from our standard procedures.

5. Insurance

Featherman Services maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. However, we recommend that clients also carry adequate insurance to protect their property and assets.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' information and will not disclose any personal or business information obtained during the course of our services without prior consent, except as required by law.

7. Modification of Terms

Featherman Services reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ohio.

Terms of Return

Featherman Services strives to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with our service, please notify us within 7 days of the service completion date. We will work with you to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution.

Reason for Return

We will consider requests for a partial or full refund if:
- The service was not completed as agreed upon in the initial contract or estimate.
- There was significant damage to your property caused by our team during the service.
- You are dissatisfied with the quality of the service and we are unable to rectify the issue to your satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe.

Process for Return

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our customer service department via phone or email within the specified 7-day period. Please provide your name, contact information, service date, and a detailed description of the issue.

Process of Refund

Once your request is received, we will review the details and respond within 3 business days. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
The refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
The amount of the refund will depend on the nature of the issue and may be a partial or full refund.
